Sky-Watcher 10″ Classic 250P f/4.7 Dobsonion

For sale is my Sky-Watcher 10″ X 1200mm Classic 250P f/4.7 Dobsonion. I purchased this new in January & have only used it 5 times. It is an excellent large aperture scope that gives fantastic views, while still very portable & easy to manage, but I have since discovered that I don’t care for “push to” scopes. I have recently acquired a used 10″ Schmidt-Cassegrain with “GoTo” mount, as I also want to explore Astro-Photography. So this scope is not being used any longer, and needs to go to someone who will appreciate it. This set-up comes as shown in the photo, which includes the following: Tension Control HandlesRocker Base with Eyepiece tray 9×50 Finder and Bracket 2-inch Crayford style Focuser 1-1/4″ Adapter Front tube cover with a 2″ f stop cover attachedPlus a 10 mm Plossl 1-1/4″ Eyepiece. I paid $625 when I purchased it. My asking price is $400. I no longer have the shipping boxes, so this is for local pick-up only. I can arrange to meet within a 1 hour drive of Orange County, CA.
